I was expecting a better experience. The shower head in my room was broken, a simple thing really. More annoying, the entrance felt unwelcoming. It's through the parking garage. It did not create a vacation mood. Daily water bottles were a plus, but it was far from outweighing the negatives.

the room was very clean. i found coffee, water and tea already ready in the room. the bed was comfy. but the sofa was also nice and the bathroom included a large shower and bath

The location was great, very close to the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. The food was AMAZING!!!
The rooms look very old and unkempt. There was a strong smell of damp. The bathroom was not maintained very well. The towels even after washing look very ugly.

The location is great, very close to the beach. i found many restaurants nearby. The tram is also close. rooms are big. Sometimes they offer upgrades. breakfast was included, which i thought was a nice touch.
i noticed i only received three bottles of water, and we were four people. refills were limited to once per day, and they refused to refill on checkout day. i asked at 9 am, and checkout was at 1:30 pm. this felt a bit inflexible, honestly.

the front desk staff provided bathroom access for changing upon early arrival, even before my room was ready, this was very helpful. housekeeping staff ensured daily towel changes and maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

The breakfast buffet offers varied options. i enjoyed the indian masala tea. i also liked the traditional arabic desserts, such as she'reya and umm ali. The selection of food items felt varied and satisfying.

The hotel is near the beach, about a 5-minute walk. There is a wide selection of food at breakfast, and the staff is kind. I found the room clean and well maintained. Early check-in was arranged quickly and efficiently.
The air conditioning in the lobby felt a little weak.

My beautiful king room included complimentary beach accessories. The size was great. The dressing room was a nice bonus, and the kitchenette had everything needed. A washing machine was a convenient addition, too. The terrace view was amazing.
